I am a Creative and Experience Director working within financial services, luxury brands and retail industries. I have led projects for global brands including Deutsche Bank, managing multi-channel design deliverables across Agile and Marketing teams. I have extensive experience managing internal and external design teams; and I have built a pattern library of components to visually unite websites and bring commercial efficiencies. I am experienced in managing stakeholders through UI/UX design projects for online banking apps and websites, service design and digital advertising campaigns. One of my strengths is collaborating closely with colleagues from different backgrounds: strategists, product owners, engineers and SEO experts. My career has spanned the digital and mobile first generation of brand experiences through different technologies and platforms.

Over the years, I have also enjoyed helping entrepreneurs and new brands to develop their strategic thinking to launch new design products and creative services. For one of these projects I worked with Julian Callede , a founder at Made.com, establishing a new commercial furniture collection. Running design workshops with Russell Bestley and Paul McNeil at the London College of Communication has been another fun pursuit. In 2014, I became a Lead Tutor on the MA Typographic Media course.

In summary, I remain excited by the power and richness of design. My current home is with Deutsche Bank - Private Bank, where I am Global Head of Digital Design and Brand in the Client Experience team.
